"Super Fries Me!"

Making your own sweet potato fries is not only delicious but also super easy! Start by slicing up as a couple of sweet potatoes in whatever size or shape you'd like, from shoestrings to matchsticks to large wedges (just remember that smaller, thinner slices will cook faster, so be sure to adjust your baking time). We prefer to leave the skin on, but you can also peel them if you don't like the texture.

Next, toss with a generous coating of oil (we prefer avocado or coconut due to their high smoke point), spread in a thin, even layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet, and bake for about 20-30 minutes or until fries are golden brown on the outside and tender on the inside. We recommend flipping the fries over about halfway into cooking.

Once you take them out of the oven, sprinkle with sea salt and any herbs or spices that you'd like. Enjoy!
