Help Us Help Those In Need
Over the years, we’ve seen a growing number of patients who are unable to purchase medications, afford medical tests, pay for medically related transportation or even buy food and supplies essential to health. For example, one elderly woman was living on cat food because she couldn't afford her life-saving medications AND groceries. Another was wearing sandals in the snow because she didn't have the money for shoes.
You can make a huge difference in the lives of patients like these, who are struggling financially to meet even their most basic needs, by donating non-perishable food items to our St. Luke's Patient Pantry. Gift cards to grocery or clothing stores are also appreciated.
Many of our seniors also need help with services such as cleaning, moving furniture, yard work, and transportation. If you're interested in donating your time or services, we have a list of patients who would be grateful for your help.
You can also support us (and our patients) by supporting our sister organization, St. Luke's Medical Foundation, a non-profit that grants financial aid to individuals who need help paying for medical care. Our clinic is currently selling a book of Lenten reflections, ETERNAL LOVE, written by our very own Patricia Lipinski, FNP, and all proceeds go directly to the foundation.
