Amy Kreykes, MD, MPH
Amy Kreykes, MD, MPH is a Family Medicine, Sports Medicine, Aerospace Medicine physician. She grew up Northern Colorado. She attended medical school at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. She then completed a residency in Family Medicine, followed by a Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship at the University of Michigan. After completion of her fellowship she worked in primary care on a Navajo Reservation in Crownpoint, New Mexico and in New Zealand, prior to completing an Aerospace Medicine Residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch. She is board certified in Family Medicine, with a Certificate of Additional Qualification in Sports Medicine. She is also board certified in Preventive Medicine: Aerospace Medicine. Additinally she holds a Master of Public Health degree. Her interests include hiking, camping, scuba diving, traveling, and spending time with her family.
Michael Carey, MD
Mike Carey is a board certified Family Practice Physician and Geriatric Medicine specialist practicing in the unique health needs of the elderly, including chronic diseases, nutritional problems, skin ailments, cognitive loss, memory impairment, adverse effects of medications, immobility and balance issues. After actively serving our country as a Capitan in the United States Air Force, Dr. Carey obtained his Degree from the University Of Saskatchewan College Of Medicine, with honors and completed his residency at the University of Saskatchewan Plains Health Centre. In addition to his Private Practice in Windsor Colorado, Dr. Carey has served as Medical Director at High Plains Healthcare Alliance; Northcare; Integrated Practice Resources, Chairman, Department of Family Medicine, North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley and at Accentcare Hospice, in Windsor. Dr. Carey is Married to Susan and has four adult children.
Robert Bradley, MD
After spending 40 years as a full-time, board-certified family physician in Windsor, CO, I have limited my medical practice to part time. I currently volunteer at a free clinic, and I also work with Saint Luke's Clinic in Fort Collins. I am a graduate of the University of Colorado School of Medicine, and served my residency in family medicine. While I am qualified to see patients of all ages, I am most comfortable with adult and geriatric medicine.

Over the course of my career, my wife, Marilyn, and I have enjoyed serving on multiple short term medical mission trips to foreign countries. I update my medical knowledge regularly. In my spare time I enjoy family, travel, gardening, outdoor sports and service to God and community.
Patricia "Tricia" Lipinski, FNP-BC
Patricia "Tricia" Lipinski is board certified in Family Practice. She graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a Master of Science as a Family Nurse Practitioner and a Master of Science in Nursing Education. Her research at UNC investigated the concept of Hope, which inspired her to co-found St. Luke's as a place of love, hope and healing. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Marquette University. Her nursing experience is extensive over many years, including care of medical, surgical, trauma and burn patients. She is married with three children and five grandchildren. Tricia's interests include hiking, gardening and quilting.
Colten Bray, FNP-C
Colten Bray is board certified in family medicine. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, he gained experience in a number of nursing disciplines with a focus in Emergency Medicine (EM) and Critical Care specialties. Prior to coming to St. Luke's medical Clinic, he worked in hospital medicine for several years as a nurse practitioner. Colten had a nagging desire to serve the community in family medicine and to walk with people through their lifespans, which prompted his move to St. Luke's. His desire is to serve God, family and community through his career in medicine. He is married to his wonderful wife, Carly, and they have three kids, two dogs, a cat and some chickens. As a fun fact: Colten and Carly met dancing ballet. They partnered together in a number of dance productions before dating and ultimately getting married.
Nick Boeder, Clinical Social Worker/Therapist, LCWS
Nick Boeder is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with over twenty years of experience working in mental health settings. Nick has worked with clients in outpatient, inpatient, residential and wilderness settings. Nick has worked closely with a wide-ranging client population - including teens and families, individuals with developmental disabilities, couples and adults.

Nick has worked around the country, from rural Oregon to Chicago's inner-city to the Reservations of New Mexico. Nick is a strengths-based, relationship-oriented therapist who values authenticity and connection when working with people. Nick has been living in Fort Collins since 2020 and enjoys spending time in Nature, writing songs, playing Frisbee with his dog and acting in the occasional theater production.
